Delete your TrialReel data
You can remove everything TrialReel holds about you at any time. There are three ways, and all of them delete your account, your Instagram connection and access token, every rendered version, your posting schedule, and your quiz answers.
1. From inside TrialReel (instant)
- Open TrialReel (the iOS app or trialreel.app/app.html) and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account, sign-in, Instagram connection and access token, uploaded videos, rendered versions, schedule and history are deleted immediately. No email, no waiting.
2. From Instagram
Removing TrialReel from your Instagram account also triggers deletion on our side.
- In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or Security → Apps and websites).
- Find TrialReel and tap Remove.
- Instagram notifies us; we delete your connection, token and stored content automatically.
3. By email
Email admin@jwfl.org from the email address on your account. No reason needed. We confirm deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your TrialReel account and sign-in
- Your Instagram user ID, username and access token
- All rendered video versions stored for posting
- Your posting queue and history
- Quiz answers tied to your account
What stays: posts already published to your Instagram account are yours and remain on Instagram until you delete them there. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law; cancelling your plan is separate and can be done from your Stripe receipt email.
